Business Analyst, Technical Writer, Software Developer, Blogger, Photographer, Traveler, Poet – an Urban Indian.

Am a study in contrasts – Quiet and Hysterical , Calm and Turbulent, Highly Opinionated and Infinitely Inquisitive , Loving and Careless , Mr. Know all and Yet To Discover Myself.

I was born in noisy, turbulent Bombay. I grew up in beautiful, green and peaceful Gandhinagar, studied in dry and dusty Ahmedabad and am living amongst the Sahyadri mountains in Pune.

Over the years, I have been engaged with some wonderful institutions. I studied at Nirma University – one of the best Technology Universities in the country, I worked with GIVE India – one of India’s best NGOs before joining Satyam – one of India’s best IT companies.  My work in these companies took me to different places around the country, and with my love for the unknown, I embraced each of these cities as my own. I lived in Ahmedabad, Baroda, Mumbai, Hyderabad and Pune.

I believe I have many more places to visit yet and much more to post on this blog about my experiences and my life and the best is yet to come.

  2. Hello,
I was just going through some travel sites and blogs and came across your site (urban-indian.net) too. I really found it interesting and informative. I am working and associated with many sites as a content writer and I write articles on various topics of Travel like: adventure and travel, voyage, travel and hotel, travel and food, travel and business, travel and photography, life style, entertainment, camping and travel, recipe, hotel, vacation, shopping, etc. I really liked the way you have presented your site. I would love to do a “Guest Post” for your site like I did for other sites without charging you a penny. 🙂
It would be great to be a part of reputed site like yours.
I guarantee you that the article will be 100% copyscape protected and will be of around 500 words. There will be “dofollow” links for my site. I am not interested in any kind of sponsored fees.
Contact me at @gmail.com.Looking forward for a positive reply. 🙂

    Thanks and regards,
    Jennifer

  3. Hi Janit. Thanks for stopping by my blog. I’m glad you like the pictures. I was in Tbilisi from July 2010 to July 2012. Not sure if you were there at that time but I don’t think we ever met. Tbilisi was a great place for photography, much more interesting than my current location in Washington DC. I do miss it.

  6. Hello!
    Hope you’re doing well!!
I’m Melody Cleo and am an avid reader and blogger, a passion which I think we share.
Your blog “urban-indian.net” is by far the most interesting I have come across in the recent past, hands down!
The writer in me is yearning to write a piece for your blog, maybe around 500-600 words, or whatever you are okay with.
    Awaiting for your reply.
    Regards,
    Melody Cleo.
